The Integrated Reformer presents an overview of an innovative, exploratory, and informative Pilates program that approaches reformer work from the standpoint of how it can be integrated into a person's daily schedule-from standing to sitting at a desk, to performing the tasks that occur over the course of one day. The underlying emphasis of the DVD is the fact that how individuals move during the approximately 165 hours per week that they are not exercising is more important than the limited number of hours that they spend each week at the gym.
