Exceptional Culture for Performance, Engagement, Success explores how health/fitness clubs can determine what their culture is, what it could be, and what they're going to do about it. The DVD also outlines why a club's culture is important and points out the need for a facility to have a culture that serves the highest purpose. In that regard, the club should make sure that what it is doing makes the difference that the facility wants. Using the Goodlife chain of clubs as an example, the DVD discusses several of the underlying factors that affect a facility's culture and explains how each could impact the level of success that a club experiences.
