Common Colds and Students: Science to Educational Research reviews the fact that common head colds are a frequent cause of acute disability among students, including athletes. The DVD looks at the physiological changes and impact on illness severity and duration during exercise with cold, as well as on various perceptions of their colds that athletes have. The DVD examines whether exercise training affects the severity and duration of a rhinovirus-caused cold.
