Children, Exercise, and Training examines the differences between children and adults in several physiological systems-specifically, cardiovascular, respiratory, and thermoreguatory. Subsequently, the DVD reviews a number of research studies and discusses how children perform aerobically and anaerobically, based on these differences. The DVD is designed to help health/fitness professionals determine optimal times and types of training for children and adolescents.
