Boot Camp 2009 provides an overview of a motivating class that combines cardiovascular conditioning, functional sports training and conditioning exercises, and calisthenics using body weight and partners, all the while singing traditional boot camp hymns. The class is designed to leave participants feeling emotionally and spiritually uplifted and proud of the fact that they completed the challenge.
